If anyone has had an experience with this place, please let me know how it was. Anyway, from my research, it seems that part of Orient Beach is nude and part of it isn't, or part of it is totally nude and part of it is just topless, so my question is: Is any part of Orient Beach fully clothed? Are there restaurants and bars in the fully clothed portion?

I am an American citizen who traveled to Orient Bay, St. Martin, between 20 May and 5 June I am nobody "special" or "important", just an American tourist.
My wife and I are wrapping up our week in St. Martinand were disappointed in the quality of people at the first yards of the beach after the rocks as you approach the Club O building. We walked the beach down that way three different days, and there were men each day who looked to be in their late 50s and older, all of whom appeared to be trying to shock pedestrians with their nudity.
This resort is a Naturist boutique, you may be nude anywhere on the property, including when dining. Martin getaway!! Club Fantastico offers our guests an upscale boutique naturist resort with lots of charm, dining can always be enjoyed au naturel if desired.
In fact, my birthday last year was spent high in the mountains of Morocco on a day trek that consisted of walking eight hours a-day, camping in the wilderness, and braving craggy cliffs at 13, feet. We packed a couple bags with towels, sunglasses, hats, and lots of SPF 50 suntan lotion. Then, we were off. Once out of the Jeep, the famed Club Orient Beach sign was just around the corner, and beyond it, the orange beds and umbrellas of Club Orient stretched down the curving sand for what seemed like a good yards.
